New York Jets (5-8) at Baltimore Ravens (11-2)

Thursday, December 12, 8:20PM ET

Let’s be honest — there’s no real way for the New York Jets to beat the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15. As much as we like to believe any team can win on any given Sunday, I just don’t see a way for the Jets to walk away from this upcoming weekend with a W in hand.

There’s just no stopping Lamar Jackson right now. The leading MVP candidate continues to stun fans with his own unique style of quarterbacking, leading the Ravens to victory in Week 14 against a tough Buffalo Bills team. Although it wasn’t a stellar performance by Jackson, he still worked his magic to ensure Baltimore came out on top.

We’ll see more of the same from Jackson and the Ravens in Week 15. Even if the New York defense finds a way to contain him (highly unlikely), they’ll get a heavy dose of Mark Ingram. Regardless of what their defense does, I can’t imagine the Jets moving the ball much against Baltimore’s stingy defense.

It’s been a tough season for the Jets, who have flashed potential at times but have suffered too many injuries and suffering through too much inconsistent play. The Ravens will take advantage on Sunday, putting another notch in the win column as they look to lock up the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Prediction: Ravens win 34-13
