7. Gurley finally records first 100-yard rushing game of 2019

Do the Los Angeles Rams have what it takes to squeeze their way into the playoffs as one of the Wild Card teams?

Unfortunately, since the NFC West title seems like it will go to the Seattle Seahawks or San Francisco 49ers, the best chance for the Rams to earn a spot in the playoffs will have to be through one of the Wild Card spots.

The good news for Los Angeles is if they continue to play like the previous two weeks, potentially playing on the road in the playoffs may not be an issue at all.

In fact, Sunday’s meeting with the Dallas Cowboys will certainly be another great test for the Rams on the road to see if they can extend their winning streak to three games.

To put Los Angeles in better position to accomplish this task, Todd Gurley will need to have another strong performance on the ground to help take extra pressure off Jared Goff as well.

Over the years, the Rams have seen plenty of success when Gurley is heavily involved at running back, and while it’s been surprising to see him yet to record a single 100-yard rushing game in 2019, Week 15 could be the perfect opportunity to do so.
