3. Dan Quinn

After watching the Atlanta Falcons embarrass the Carolina Panthers 40-20 last Sunday, most football fans would think this kind of performance would be good enough to cool Dan Quinn’s hot seat.

Since Quinn still finds himself on the hot seat after an impressive win, this sums up the kind of season the Falcons are having, and if they decide to move on from their head coach after the regular season, no one would be surprised at all.

With all due respect to Quinn since there have been numerous times in which he’s done an unbelievable job in Atlanta, but the last two years have allowed two solid teams gone to complete waste.

Not only did Atlanta’s defense appear to be a young group on the rise, but the Falcons’ offense has been loaded with weapons for Matt Ryan to work with such as Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley.

In other words, there’s no excuse for the Falcons to be watching the playoffs from home this year, and getting rid of Quinn may be the best option to avoid missing out on the postseason for a third year in a row during 2020.

Otherwise, chances are Quinn will only continue to be on the hot seat through most of next year.
