30. Miami Dolphins (26)

With the toughness the Miami Dolphins had been playing with in recent weeks, a matchup with the New York Giants seemed like the perfect opportunity for the team to earn their fourth win in 2019 since Pat Shurmur’s squad has been a major disappointment as well.

But when taking into consideration that Eli Manning threw three interceptions, and the Dolphins still finished on the losing end against the Giants, well this is the perfect example of how things have been in 2019 for Miami.

While it can be difficult for the Dolphins to find positive factors from a 36-20 loss on Sunday, at least the team recently signed wide receiver DeVante Parker to a new extension to make sure the offense is in better shape for years to come.

Once again, Parker made it clear that he’s the top receiver for Miami’s offense after catching four passes for 72 yards to go along with two touchdowns, which most likely made plenty of fantasy football owners happy.

As for who Parker’s future quarterback will be, well this question remains unanswered since the Dolphins have continued to use Ryan Fitzpatrick under center instead of seeing whether Josh Rosen has what it takes to run the offense.
