With the Atlanta Falcons hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon in Week 16, we have three bold predictions for the Dirty Birds on Sunday.

The Atlanta Falcons head into Week 16 coming off of one of their most impressive wins of the year while riding a multi-game winning streak. Going into the final few weeks and the home stretch of the season, the Falcons currently hold a two-game winning streak while hosting their final home game of the 2019 campaign against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Atlanta is coming off of a late-game come from behind victory on the road in Week 15 against the San Francisco 49ers, taking down one of the top teams in the NFL on their home field 29-22 last Sunday after Matt Ryan found Julio Jones for a touchdown in the final seconds of the game to help the Falcons steal a game on the road.

In the game, the Falcons outscored the 49ers 19-9 in the fourth quarter to erase the San Francisco lead and grab an impressive victory during the Week 15 slate of games in the NFL.

With the win, Atlanta improved to 5-9 overall while moving into the tie with the Carolina Panthers (5-9) for third place in the NFC South standings, remaining behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-7) and New Orleans Saints (11-3) in the division.

On the other side of the field in Week 16, the Falcons will welcome in a Jaguars team that holds a record of 5-9 overall while coming off of a 20-16 win on the road in Week 15 against the Oakland Raiders.

Jacksonville remains at the bottom of the AFC South division, sitting behind the Indianapolis Colts (6-8), Tennessee Titans (8-6) and Houston Texans (9-5) in the standings.

Before the Falcons and Jaguars battle it out in Week 16 of the regular season schedule, let’s make three bold predictions for Atlanta going into the weekend.
