3. Kirk Cousins
So far in the 2019 campaign, Kirk Cousins has been fairly dominant and consistent for Minnesota on the offensive side of the ball while leading the offense week-in and week-out under center.

In Week 16 against the Green Bay Packers, Cousins will have to continue that trend and will have to go toe-to-toe with one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL on the other sideline throughout the contest.
With Aaron Rodgers and the Packers coming to town, Cousins and the Vikings offense will be presented with the challenge of keeping pace with what Rodgers and company are able to accomplish on offense. Mainly, Cousins will have to put together a clean game for the Vikings to try and take the Packers out of the game in Minneapolis.
With targets such as wide receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs, along with tight end targets Kyle Rudolph, Irv Smith Jr. and a solid running back group in the backfield, Cousins has plenty of options in the passing game that could result in success for Minnesota like we’ve seen a large amount to this point in the year.
In order for the Vikings to come out on top and move into a tie with the Packers atop the NFC North following the Week 16 matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium, Cousins is going to need to step up big for Minnesota to remain perfect at home.
