11. Brees posts first game of 2019 with multiple interceptions

Coming off his record-setting performance, Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints seem determined to keep things close in the NFC playoff race with a tough battle on the road against the Tennessee Titans.

After having little trouble getting by the Indianapolis Colts on Monday, the Titans seem like they will be a much tougher challenge for the Saints, especially when it comes to Tennessee’s defense.

Watching the Titans come up just short against the Houston Texans on Sunday was frustrating for obvious reasons, and while the high-powered offense of the Saints will be a tough battle, Tennessee is also facing desperation.

The fact that Brees has yet to finish a game with multiple interceptions is just one of many reasons behind why he’s such a special quarterback and a lock for Canton one day.

But if the Titans find a way to apply constant pressure on Brees, that first multi-interception game could take place on Sunday in Tennessee, although there obviously wouldn’t be any major reason to panic.

With the way the Saints have been playing as of late, a performance like this from Brees wouldn’t result in the end of the world since New Orleans would still be in great shape to make a deep run once the playoffs begin in a few weeks.
