13. Jackson tosses five touchdowns for fourth time in 2019

With all due respect to the Cleveland Browns since anything can happen in the NFL, it’s safe to assume that Freddie Kitchens and company will have no shot at defeating the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16.

Even if the Browns shocked the Ravens earlier in the year with a brutal loss, the circumstances are much different this time around with Baltimore on the verge of clinching home-field advantage throughout the playoffs in the AFC.

Watching the Ravens’ offense emerge as one of the top units in the NFL has been incredible to witness in 2019, and it’s difficult to imagine any team defeating Baltimore come playoff time if they continue to play on this high of a level.

A few months ago, there were a few candidates who seemed capable of knocking off Lamar Jackson for the MVP award, but the Louisville product appears to be a lock at this point with two games remaining in the regular season.

The three occasions in which Jackson has tossed five touchdown passes is just one of many reasons behind why the Ravens star deserves to take home MVP honors. And if Jackson torches the Browns’ defense with another five-touchdown performance, it will only increase his chances of winning the award.
