7. Buffalo Bills (8)

Winning the AFC East was always going to be a long shot for the Buffalo Bills, and while it was disappointing to come up short on Saturday against the New England Patriots, Sean McDermott’s squad still has plenty to be proud of.

For starters, the Bills will officially be the No. 5 seed in the AFC once the playoffs get underway in January, and if the last few months are any indication, this is going to be the last team anyone wants to face.

Normally, Buffalo has been known for having an elite defense, but the offense has actually found a new way to hit another level in 2019, mainly because of Josh Allen turning out to be better than expected.

After years of trying to find a quarterback to build the offense around, the Bills have finally found their answer in Allen, and it seems like the best has yet to come with the youngster only in his second NFL season.

No one really expected Allen to already playing on this kind of level, and despite the loss to the Patriots, just watching the Bills quarterback play like he did against the defending champions shows what the playoffs could have in store for Buffalo.
