Cleveland Browns (6-9) at Cincinnati Bengals (1-14)

Sunday, December 29, 1PM ET

It’s been a year to forget for the Cincinnati Bengals. They’ve lost all but one of their games through the first 16 weeks of the season, and have already locked up the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Still, that doesn’t mean they can’t end an awful 2019 campaign on a positive note.

More from NFL Spin Zone

More than likely, this will be the final time we see Andy Dalton under center for the Bengals. His time in Cincinnati has had a mix of ups and downs, but it’s still been a memorable career for a guy many critics saw as a subpar NFL talent. Believe me when I say he’ll have something to prove in Week 17, especially against a divisional foe.

And it’s not like the Cleveland Browns have been anything special this season. The offense has been underwhelming outside of Nick Chubb, and they’ve been hindered all year long by mental mistakes, turnovers and poor coaching. That’s why I’m expecting them to struggle in the points department, even against a lethargic Bengals defense.

This one comes down to the wire, with Cincinnati trailing in the final minutes. However, Dalton puts together an impressive final drive as the Bengals’ quarterback, giving the home crowd one final show before moving on to his next stop in the league.

Prediction: Bengals win 24-23
