5. Anthony Lynn

After earning a trip to the Divisional Round last season, the Los Angeles Chargers seemed like the perfect candidate to pick right up where they left off to continue being a serious threat within the AFC in 2019.

Turns out, this was far from the case, as the Chargers will go down as one of the biggest disappointments from the 2019 season, and it certainly doesn’t help that Los Angeles is coming off another tough loss at home to the Oakland Raiders.

First off, let the argument be made that it’s unfortunate to see the Chargers continue to see their home games taken over by opposing fans since this seems to happen each week, and the move to Los Angeles by the NFL looks like a terrible mistake.

But also, this factor unfortunately won’t help Anthony Lynn save his job if the Chargers, in general, are looking for a fresh start with someone new.

Talent-wise, most coaches would love to work with the kind of players Lynn has on both sides of the football, and with the team entering Week 17 against the Kansas City Chiefs with only five wins to their name, this year clearly turned out to be a complete bust.
