11. Lamical Perine, RB, Florida

Another Florida Gators veteran, Lamical Perine ended his senior season with a bang. The Gators came away with the victory over UVA thanks to 138 yards and two touchdowns by Perine. He showed off his speed with a 61-yard run and caught all five of his targets for 43 yards and a score, ensuring NFL scouts and draft media remembers his name.

More from NFL Spin Zone

The 5-11, 218-pound running back didn’t dominate on the ground, rushing for 676 yards and six touchdowns on the season. However, he proved why he’s an every-down back at the next level by continuing to develop in the passing game. Perine finished the season with 40 catches and five receiving touchdowns to prove he’s a reliable option out of the backfield.

What Perine does best is run with power and displays great contact balance. He’s not easily brought down and could end up playing at 225 pounds if he can add more mass to his frame. He has great leg drive and solid quickness to hit the hole.

Perine has patience as a runner with good vision that allows him to exploit cutback lanes. He’s an ideal fit for a power man blocking scheme. Because of his size and running style, he compares to Carlos Hyde (Texans) and should ear his name called at some point in the 2020 NFL Draft.
