4. Las Vegas Raiders

Will the move from Oakland help the Las Vegas Raiders finally become a serious contender in the AFC once again?

Two years ago, the Raiders believed that providing Jon Gruden a second stint with the team would result in immediate success since the head coach has a history of quarterback development, and Derek Carr seemed like he would benefit in a big way.

The verdict is still out on whether Carr is in fact the long-term answer for the Raiders, but if the team wants to see their quarterback return to his effective level from a few years ago when he was considered a top player in the league at his position, Las Vegas needs to bring on help.

As for whether Green would ever consider joining a team like the Raiders since this could arguably be viewed as a risk when seeing how the team failed to live up to the hype in each of the last two seasons.

But also, if Green were able to bounce back strong, and return to his usual ways as a top wideout in the passing game, this would take a ton of unnecessary pressure off Carr while putting Las Vegas in better position to come through as a contender this time around.
