4. Nelson Agholor (Age: 27)

The Philadelphia Eagles had high hopes for Nelson Agholor when they drafted him in the first round (20th overall) in 2015. They expected him to be a big part of their offense. He had a career year in 2017 (768 receiving yards and eight touchdowns), which helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl, but that was the outlier. He didn’t do much before or after that season.

A change of scenery and expectations could do wonders for Agholor’s career. In Philadelphia, he came in as being one of the top options. Then the Eagles signed free agent Alshon Jeffery. Jeffery became the number one receiver but he is often injured so Agholor is expected to play like a number one.

In Chicago, he wouldn’t be number one. He wouldn’t even be number two. He’d be a great option after Robinson and Miller. He wouldn’t have the pressure of being the top dog of the receivers and can just play his game. Getting 768 yards as a high first-round pick might not impress but doing it while not having the pressure of being the top target will be great.

After a tough 2019 season in which he had just 363 yards and three touchdowns in 11 games, Agholor can be had at a bargain. He could even end up signing a one-year “prove it” contract to try to increase his value later. He, Robinson, and Miller could make a great trio.
