5. Breshad Perriman, WR
Breshad Perriman is a former first-round receiver who didn’t work out with his former team. Drafted by the Baltimore Ravens back in 2016, Perriman spent 2019 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after bouncing around the league.

With no Mike Evans for the final three games and no Chris Godwin for the final two, Perriman posted a combined 17 catches for 349 yards and four touchdowns in his final three games. His impressive three-game stretch not only made fantasy football owners happy, but it also provided a projection of what he could be in the right system.
Perriman finished the 2019 season with the fourth-highest yards per catch average in the NFL (17.9 yards per catch). A big reason for his high average is due to the fact that he caught 11 passes of at least 20 air yards. The speedy deep threat would add a much-needed element to the Packers offense.
The longer Perriman goes unsigned, the less his price tag likely becomes. The Packers don’t have much cap space left, so waiting to sign a bargain free agent like Perriman is in their best interest.
Because he’s still unproven, he’d likely have to sign a one-year prove-it deal. A one-year contract worth $5-6 million isn’t unreasonable.
