Las Vegas Raiders target SEC studs in 7-round 2020 mock draft

The Las Vegas Raiders prepare for their first season in their new home by landing several studs from the SEC in this 7-round 2020 NFL Mock Draft
It will take some time getting used to calling them the Las Vegas Raiders, but the team is hoping that their rebuild won’t take much longer. While they were still in Oakland, they hired Jon Gruden to come in and fix what had been going wrong.
The former ESPN Monday Night Football announcer had spent 10 years in the booth after having stints with the Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers — even leading the Bucs to a Super Bowl win over Oakland in 2002 after the teams completed a trade for the coach.
Gruden took over a team that had struggled to find success since that game. Following that 2002 campaign, the Raiders didn’t have another winning season until 2016 when Jack Del Rio led them to a 12-4 season. The success was short-lived as they fell to 6-10 the following season and then things were blown up.
After bringing Gruden in, he started to make some drastic changes and the team went 4-12. After taking some ridicule for his moves, the veteran head coach led his team to a 7-9 mark as things suddenly started to look up for them as they prepared for the move to Vegas.
Armed with two picks in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft due to previous trades, the Raiders look to take the next step in their development. And in this 7-round mock draft, they land several starters from the SEC that could help them continue to become contenders in the AFC West.
