Offense

Quarterbacks (2): Aaron Rodgers, Jordan Love

Obviously, Rodgers will be the Packers starting quarterback in 2020. Rookie first-rounder Jordan Love provides high upside at backup. Tim Boyle, the team’s backup last season, is the odd man out.

Running backs (4): Aaron Jones, A.J. Dillon, Jamaal Williams, Tyler Ervin

Jones is the superstar of the group, and rookie second-rounder A.J. Dillon figures to be the thunder to Jones’ lightning. Ervin is the team’s main return man on punts. Williams could be a surprise cut.

Tight ends (4): Jace Sternberger, Marcedes Lewis, Josiah Deguara, Robert Tonyan

Sternberger should be the team’s main option in 2020. Lewis is primarily a blocking tight end. Deguara, the rookie third-rounder, will play all over the formation; not just at tight end. Tonyan could be on the outside looking in.

Wide receivers (7): Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, Devin Funchess, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Equanimeous St. Brown, Reggie Begelton, Jake Kumerow

Begelton, who played in the last three years in the CFL, has been getting tons of hype this offseason. MVS and St. Brown will need to make big strides. Kumerow sticks around since the team is permitted to have 55 players (rather than 53).

Offensive line (10): David Bakhtiari, Elgton Jenkins, Corey Linsley, Billy Turner, Rick Wagner, Lucas Patrick, Lane Taylor, Jon Runyan, Alex Light, Zack Johnson

The first five names make up the Packers’ projected starting offensive line. After that, versatile backups Patrick, Taylor and Light will be the returning vets. Runyan, a rookie sixth-rounder, and Johnson, a rookie undrafted free agent, make up the final two spots.
