2. Danny Isidora, OG

Danny Isidora came to Miami at the end of the preseason last year as the Dolphins traded a seventh-round pick for the former fifth-round pick. The former Miami Hurricane played 127 snaps on the offensive line last year but performed quite poorly in doing so. That, unfortunately, has been the trend for Isidora. Albeit in limited work, Isidora has never graded higher than 57.0 according to Pro Football Focus (subscription required).

The Dolphins put a major focus on improving the offensive line this offseason, which makes sense considering they drafted a quarterback at No. 5. Rookies Austin Jackson and Robert Hunt should see starting reps and the team also brought in Ereck Flowers and Ted Karras as well, all of whom are improvements. But that also likely pushes a fringe player like Isidora off the final roster barring substantial improvements shown in camp.

1. Josh Rosen, QB

It would be fair to say that Josh Rosen has not had the best of shakes through two years in the NFL. He started 13 games for an awful Arizona team as a rookie in 2018 and was immediately replaced by Kyler Murray. Rosen was then traded to the Dolphins, a team in full-blown rebuild mode.

At the same time, Rosen has been downright awful when on the field. In 20 appearances and 14 starts, he’s completed only 54.8 percent of his passes with 12 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. He’s not looked the part of a top-10 draft pick.

Now with Tua Tagovailoa joining Ryan Fitzpatrick in the quarterback room, Rosen could be on the outside looking in. Maybe they keep him for depth but it would be shocking to me if they did so. He seems like an obvious cut candidate if they can’t find a trade, which is quite unlikely at this point.
