Baltimore Ravens: Brandon Williams, NT

The Baltimore Ravens are a team known for their defensive prowess and they’ve been able to remain tough on that side of the ball even without overpaying veteran talent. That was proven when they allowed Za’Darius Smith and C.J. Mosley to each leave in free agency but somehow remained a great defense.

Clearly, the reasoning for that is great drafting. Baltimore always has young players ready to step up and that could be the case at nose tackle with Daylon Mack and Broderick Washington both behind Brandon Williams.

At 31 years of age, Williams could be in danger especially since the Ravens would save a lot of money by moving on.

Buffalo Bills: Trent Murphy, EDGE

During the 2020 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills were able to land A.J. Epenesa out of Iowa despite not having a first-round pick. Epenesa’s arrival not only helps to replace Shaq Lawson who joined the Miami Dolphins but could also lead to them releasing Trent Murphy.

A free-agent signing in 2018, Murphy came over from Washington after a solid start to his career has yet to live up to his expectations with Buffalo. That’s the biggest reason he could be a player shown the door while they allow their youth to take over.
