3. Falcons offense will air it out early and often

When it comes to some of the top offenses in the NFL, Atlanta to be in the conversation and some could argue they has one of the best offensive units throughout the entire NFL. In Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks, that offense will have to step up and perform well against an annually solid defensive unit on the Seahawks while airing out the ball in the passing game led by quarterback Matt Ryan and company.

With the change in personnel at running back and that group looking a bit different than what we’ve seen from it in past seasons with the latest addition of Todd Gurley, Atlanta will work in getting him acclimated to things on offense and will ultimately rely on the familiar faces within the passing attack until Gurley gets fully up to speed in Atlanta.

When it comes to the trio of Ryan and wide receivers Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley, the Falcons should focus on them setting the tone early and often while airing out the ball against Seattle at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Atlanta will likely also try and get new tight end target Hayden Hurst into the mix of things in the passing game as well to see if he is capable of filling the hole left behind by Austin Hooper after his departure in free agency this offseason.

The Falcons have in the past and will continue to take advantage of defenses through the air week-in and week-out during the 2020 campaign, and that will likely be the case once again to open up the new year on Sunday afternoon against a solid NFC opponent.
