3. Delanie Walker, Tight End
One of the more gut-wrenching moments for the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night was seeing tight end Blake Jarwin go down. The fourth-year tight end and was hoping for a breakout season, and after signing a three-year extension this off-season, the team was expecting that as well.

Sadly, his year will end with just one catch for 12 yards for No. 89, as Jarwin went down for noncontact entry and the expectation is that he will be gone all season with a torn ACL. While Dallas has several pass catchers still on the roster, their tight end position is now dangerously thin.
For that reason, they should look to free agency and if they do, they’ll see somebody with a whole lot of talent out there. Delanie Walker is still looking for his next NFL home after a successful stint with the Tennessee Titans. Walker spent seven seasons of the Titans, after spending the first seven years of his career with the San Francisco 49ers.
The 14-year vet has 504 career receptions for 5,888 yards and 36 touchdowns. He struggled to stay healthy over the last two seasons, playing in just eight games, but he’s been effective when on the field. At this point, the Cowboys would be wise to give a 36-year-old a shot. They don’t have a whole lot more to lose, so it’s not as if his durability issues lately should deter them from swinging for the fences.
