Dallas Cowboys: 5 Bold predictions for Week 3 vs. Seahawks
By Randy Gurzi
5. Zeke runs for 150 yards
So far in 2020, Ezekiel Elliott looks better than he did the year prior. Following a training camp holdout, Zeke didn’t look ready early on in the season and while he got back up to speed eventually, the first couple of weeks weren’t the best we had seen from No. 21. That’s not the case at all this year.

Elliott has been great in the opening games for Dallas running for 96 yards in Week 1 and 89 in Week 2 — while running in a score in each game. He also had 31 yards receiving in the first game and a touchdown while adding another 33 yards against Atlanta. Elliott also nearly had another touchdown run against the Falcons but it was overturned only to see Dak Prescott sneak it in.
Even though those numbers are impressive, they don’t do justice to his play. Elliott has been a steadying force for a team that has been struggling with health on the offensive line. He has found holes, no matter how small, and has turned losses into gains more than once.
With how he’s playing, it looks as though he’s just one play away from a home run and in our first bold prediction, he finally knocks one out of the park en route to his best day of the season. Look for Elliott to not only cross the century mark for the first time this year but to go for more than 150 in the process.
