Plays on Monday Night Football vs. Green Bay Packers

This one could get ugly. While the Packers are dealing with some injuries on offense, Aaron Rodgers has continued to move the ball with ease this season as they’ve been one of the most dominant offenses in the NFL so far. And now, the 0-3 Atlanta Falcons will come to town hoping to slow them down — and slowing teams down is not what the Falcons do best.

Atlanta has surrendered at least 30 points in all three games, and they’ve also had some monumental collapses already. In Week 2, it was a 20-0 first-quarter lead against the Dallas Cowboys that they blew. Then in Week 3, they had a 26-10 lead going into the fourth quarter before giving up 20 points to Nick Foles who came in off the bench for the Chicago Bears.

Put all that together and Atlanta is giving up a league-high 36 points per game while the Packers are scoring a league-best 40.7 per contest. It’s getting more and more difficult for Dan Quinn supporters to claim the Falcons head coach should keep his job and if they do lose on Monday Night Football, the calls for his firing will be at an all-time high. Especially if they lose another late lead.
