The defending NFC Champion 49ers have had a difficult start to the season, mostly thanks to injuries. While the 49ers are still very much in the playoff hunt at 3-3, their offense could most certainly use a boost.

Offensively, the 49ers have one of the best tight ends in the game in George Kittle and their run game is set up well with Raheem Mostert and Jerick McKinnon. Wide receiver is lacking, however, as even with Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, the 49ers still could use another weapon at the position.

Brown would immediately be the WR1 in San Francisco and be the target that Jimmy Garoppolo needs. The 49ers play in the toughest division in football and need to do whatever they can to get a leg up on the competition.

It also would be wise for the 49ers to sign Brown in order to keep Seattle from doing so, as the Seahawks are undefeated and look to be the favorites to win the division.

Kyle Shanahan would likely love to have someone as talented as Brown in their offense and with him in a Niners uniform, San Francisco would have new life in the 2020 season.
