1. Patrick Mahomes gets back on track and passes for over 300 yards

At first glance, you might be asking why this would be considered bold given how Patrick Mahomes does this rather regularly. Well, if you remember against Buffalo, he was held to 225 yards passing and two touchdowns to Travis Kelce. Not exactly the spread the wealth kind of guy that we have been accustomed to seeing.

Given Denver’s deficiencies on defense despite holding a beat-up New England Patriots team to 12 points, it would be wise for Mahomes to get hot early and continue the trend. Not to mention, the offense will look a bit more balanced.

No doubt Eric Bieniemy is looking at the film and figuring out a way to combat a division team as he was outcoached in several areas against the Chargers and Raiders. In addition, a little motivation to show that one bad game was an anomaly doesn’t hurt a quarterback’s confidence, but rather raises it significantly.

Tyreek Hill was held to just 20 yards and Kelce had 39 despite the two touchdowns scored. Does that sound like Kansas City under Andy Reid? Not even close. Those two will come out firing and take advantage of the mismatches and have great games. It’s going to be a good one for the Chiefs if everything goes according to plan.
