NFL Week 10: 4 Underdogs that could win this week
3. Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants (+3)
The NFC East in 2020 has been the football equivalent of a dumpster fire as a team that is 2-7 like the New York Giants is still in the hunt for the division. The way things are going it would not be a surprise if we get a division winner that finishes 6-10 on the year, or perhaps in the case of the Eagles, 6-9-1.

Philadelphia is favored by 3 points over the Giants likely because of how loose Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has been with the ball but Carson Wentz is among the league leaders in turnovers as well. If Jones is more careful with the ball than Wentz, then this game could easily swing in New York’s favor and we all remember how close their Thursday night matchup was a few weeks ago.
The Eagles are getting healthier every week but the Giants have a solid defense, currently ranked 13th in the NFL in points allowed, that is going to make the Philly offense work for all their points. The Giants were within an Evan Engram drop of winning the first matchup and they will be eager to keep things rolling after a division win over Washington.
Philadelphia is coming off a bye so the odds are in their favor but don’t be so quick to dismiss this Giants team that is looking to build a winning culture under their rookie head coach. Even if the Giants don’t win the game we can expect them to keep things tight.
