New York Giants standout No. 2: James Bradberry, CB

James Bradberry is having an All-Pro year. He played another brilliant game on Sunday. He had four tackles and two pass deflections and locked up the Eagles receiver group. No Eagles wideout had more than five receptions and none of them got near to the 100-yard mark. This was to Bradberry’s credit.

He played very physically on the outside, treading a fine line between getting called for pass interference and initiating enough contact to upset the receiver. Bradberry is a pivotal piece for these New York Giants and is playing an almighty part in how competitive this team is. Bradberry is sticking to wideouts and is tracking them at an elite level. The veteran is having an outstanding year and he was brilliant against Philadelphia.

New York Giants standout No. 1: Logan Ryan, CB

Logan Ryan was Bradberry’s partner in crime in this game. Ryan had a solid day as the former Titan was second in tackles for the Giants. Ryan demonstrated superb open-field tackling while he also demonstrated he could pressure the quarterback on well-designed blitzes. The veteran notched a quarterback hit and kept the Eagles receivers subdued all game.

The Philadelphia wideouts had trouble getting separation from Ryan and he tracked his receivers incredibly well. The veteran duo was outstanding in the secondary and outmuscled the Eagles receivers. Ryan was fantastic and is proving veteran experience can be a great positive to have.
