Again, the only positive for them from this disastrous season is that they sit in a great spot atop each round. With that being the case, they have a pick in the mid-30s here, where a borderline first-round talent in Tyson Campbell slides to them.
Listed at 6-2 and 185 pounds, Campbell has the ideal size for his position and is a great option as a boundary corner. In addition to his size, Campbell can really fly and has top-tier closing speed.
He was a high recruit coming into the collegiate ranks and while some consider him to be an underachiever, he still checks all the boxes as a potential starting corner in the NFL. For Dallas, he would give them two young options they can feel confident in as he would start opposite 2020 second-round pick Trevon Diggs.
Dallas would then be able to move Anthony Brown back to the slot full-time where he’s best suited — and they would also be able to make up for the potential loss of Chidobe Awuzie who might leave in free agency.
