Los Angeles Rams (6) at Green Bay Packers (1)

Saturday, January 16, 4:35PM ET

You know, it’s great that the Los Angeles Rams pulled off the upset in the Wild Card Round. Despite having a less-than-ideal situation at quarterback to go along with an unreliable offense, they managed to topple the Seattle Seahawks, their division rivals.

Unfortunately, they aren’t going to have it nearly as easy as the head to Wisconsin to take on the Green Bay Packers. Not only do the Packers have an outstanding defense like the Seahawks did, but they’ve also got one of the league’s most efficient and well-balanced offenses. Plus, they’ve got the likely 2020 NFL MVP under center.

While the Rams have their own elite defense, Aaron Donald is banged up and the Packers have plenty of playmakers to lean on. Aaron Rodgers will get going early, relying on Davante Adams, Robert Tonyan and Aaron Jones to move the ball up and down the field. Green Bay will likely get the ground game going as well, even against one of the best defensive fronts in the league.

The Rams lucked out with a solid performance from Jared Goff this past weekend, but there will be no such luck in the Divisional Round. The Packers defense keeps him on his heels all game long, forcing him into more mistakes than the Rams can overcome.

Prediction: Packers win 37-20
