Super Bowl 55 Matchup No. 3: Buffalo Bills vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Much like the last entry, there’s not much history here with the two organizations, but in a way, this would feel like the Patriots vs the Bills because of Tom Brady‘s long-history with the Patriots. He’d be facing a team that he demolished during his two-decade tenure in New England and that’d definitely be the storyline.

The Bills would be going up against an old foe and that’d definitely be their motivating factor. Well, that and potentially winning their first-ever Super Bowl against a quarterback who made their lives a living hell for 20 years.

For the Buccaneers, obviously, the storyline would be Brady going to his 10th Super Bowl and trying to win his seventh. If he could do it against a team from his old division, that’d make this Super Bowl even spicier.

The wide receivers would be a big thing to watch in this game too, as we’d have Stefon Diggs for the Bills going up against the likes of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown. Both defenses are playing well in the postseason, which would make this an intriguing matchup and one that doesn’t feel like it should be considered the third-best.
