Las Vegas Raiders: 5 Dream targets in 2021 NFL free agency
By Joe Kipp
4. Kenny Golladay, WR
Similarly to Allen Robinson, signing Kenny Golladay would provide an immediate upgrade to the Raiders’ passing game. Golladay is arguably the best receiver available in this year’s crop of free agents, and it doesn’t appear that the Lions are willing to re-sign him.

Aside from tight end Darren Waller, the Raiders don’t have a big-bodied threat capable of consistently making contested catches. Golladay is no stranger to hauling in spectacular catches and has been one of the NFL’s most underrated receivers since entering the league in 2017.
Just like Robinson, Golladay is a young, ascending talent who has the skill-set to be a true X receiver. The 27-year-old had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2018 and 2019, but was limited to just five games in 2020 due to injury. He also caught a career-high 11 touchdowns in 2019.
Golladay would be an instant playmaker for Derek Carr and would help take coverage away from Waller and Ruggs. A trio of Ruggs, Waller and Golladay would have an argument for being the NFL’s most dangerous set of weapons, too.
Additionally, adding Golladay would finally help Las Vegas find out whether Carr really is the right guy at quarterback. There’d be no excuses from that point on.
