1. San Francisco 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams (Week 10)

San Franciso has beaten the Los Angeles Rams the last four times they’ve played. On the contrary, new Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford elevates fantasy stock for everyone on the offense. Sean McVay and company look to sustain the same success on defense while raising the bar on offense.

The departure of Brandon Staley and others on the Rams defense will be felt greatly. In the same way, the 49ers losing Robert Saleh is crucial to a defense who overperformed with a ton of injuries.

Both teams will have new play-callers on defense with DeMeco Ryans for the Niners and Raheem Morris for Los Angeles. In effect, having two new faces call plays on defense in addition to the NFC West rivalry in play is a big reason why 49ers fans can’t miss this Week 10 showdown.
