The preseason dominance continues for the Baltimore Ravens who tied the NFL record with their 19th win in a row after knocking off the Carolina Panthers 20-3 in Preseason Week 2. It was a solid showing all around as the offense moved the chains with ease and the defense kept the Panthers out of the end zone.

Baltimore also had an unorthodox approach with Tyler Huntley playing the entire game under center. He finished with 187 yards on 24-of-34 passing with a pick, which wasn’t great but he did enough to get the win.

What really stood out was the run defense. The Ravens held Carolina to 33 yards on 17 carries which is impressive, even if the Panthers weren’t using Christian McCaffrey.

. Previous: 5th. Green Bay Packers. 5. team. 49.

Normally when a team that has Super Bowl hopes loses by nine to the team that had the second-worst record the prior season, there should be some concern. That’s not the case for the Green Bay Packers though, who lost 23-14 to the Jets on Saturday.

The reason that shouldn’t matter too much is the fact that Green Bay didn’t use any of their star players. Not only did Aaron Rodgers sit out, but so too did Jordan Love. This was far from a dress rehearsal for them — whereas New York was treating this game as such.

Green Bay is still the favorite in the NFC North and as long as Rodgers is there (even if he’s unhappy) that will remain the case.
