Dallas Cowboys bold prediction No. 1: Dak Prescott throws for 400 yards

After four games, it’s become apparent that Dak Prescott is back to himself. Actually, he’s even better than that.

He’s completing a career-best 75.2 percent of his passes for 1,066 yards with 10 touchdowns against just two picks. That’s an average of 266.5 yards per game and while he’s not on the same insane tear he was on in 2020, he still would net 4,531 yards, 43 touchdowns, and just nine picks if he kept up the pace he was on.

Throw that on top of the fact that they should be able to walk away with the NFC East title and not only are we crowning him the NFL Comeback Player of the Year, but Dak should also get MVP votes with such a season.

Having said all that, the season is a marathon and not a race. There’s no way he’s going to continue to put up one monster game after another. He’s sure to hit a speed bump along the way, I mean, every quarterback does.

This week, however, will not be that speed bump. Instead, this feels like a game where Prescott is going to throw all over the defense and rack up some big numbers. That’s why this final prediction is that he hits everyone from CeeDee Lamb to Blake Jarwin, and his running back duo of Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard en route to a 400-yard passing game.
