Odell Beckham Jr. Destination #3: San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers don’t have a first-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, so despite the fact that they are 3-4 and haven’t looked great this season, they’re a team that we should expect to be pretty aggressive.

Deebo Samuel has been a one-man band for the 49ers in the passing game, leading the team with 72 targets, 44 receptions, 819 yards, and four touchdowns.

George Kittle is making his return for the 49ers, and this is a team that, at full strength, should be one of the better teams in the entire NFL.

With a healthy Odell Beckham Jr. on the roster?

That could be devastating to opposing defenses.

How do you cover Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, and Beckham at the same time?

The 49ers need to do something to jumpstart their passing attack outside of Samuel. Getting Kittle back is massive, but also adding Beckham with three years of team control?

That’s something John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan may be able to get on board with.
