What a difference a week makes. The Dallas Cowboys were embarrassed in front of their own home crowd in Week 9 as the Denver Broncos won 30-16 — although it was never that close of a contest. This week, they took out all their frustrations from that loss on the poor Atlanta Falcons.

Dak Prescott was razor-sharp with 296 yards passing on 24-of-31 attempts. He also had two touchdown passes to CeeDee Lamb and ran one in as well. With more than 11 minutes left to play, he headed to the sidelines to relax and get ready for the Chiefs next week.

Prescott wasn’t the only one who was on fire either. Defensively, it seemed as though everyone was getting in on the fun as Dorance Armstrong and Micah Parsons each had a sack while Trevon Diggs, Anthony Brown, and Jourdan Lewis all had interceptions.

Armstrong also had a blocked punt and Nahshon Wright jumped on it for a touchdown. That was a far cry from last week when he touched a blocked punt beyond the line of scrimmage which gave the ball back to the Broncos.

Now at 7-2, the Cowboys have reasserted themselves as one of the top teams in the entire NFC. They’re for real and it appears Week 9 was the anomaly.
