Plays on Monday Night Football vs. Seattle Seahawks

As soon as you figure out the Washington Football Team, go ahead and let the rest of us know what to expect from them going forward.

Washington started out 2-2 and then completely fell apart with four losses in a row. Sitting at 2-6, they were completely counted out. However, the team that won the atrocious NFC East with a record of 7-9 last season decided they weren’t ready to give up just yet.

They had an impressive 29-19 win over the defending World Champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In that win, Taylor Heinicke got the best of Tom Brady which reminded us all how well he did in his start against this same team in the playoffs last year.

Then in Week 11, they took on the Carolina Panthers, head coach Ron Rivera’s old team. Rivera also had to face Cam Newton, his old quarterback, who just returned to Carolina. They overcame a solid performance from Newton, who had three total touchdowns, to win 27-21.

On Monday Night Football, they’re going to be looking to make it three in a row as they face off with the struggling Seattle Seahawks. Russell Wilson is in his third game back from surgery but is looking for his first win post-op. One team will have renewed hope, while the other will start thinking about the offseason following this one.
