Las Vegas Raiders free agents that will be gone in 2022

3. Richie Incognito, guard

It’s time for the Las Vegas Raiders to move on from Richie Incognito.

After playing just two games in 2020 and none in 2021, the Raiders are obviously used to life without Incognito and they just need to move on.

Incognito has played in the NFL for a very long time, drafted in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams.

He’s made it to four Pro Bowls in his career and has certainly had some bad moments both on and off the field.

Although he’s managed to play at a high level into his mid-30s, it’s clear that the Raiders need to move along and build their roster differently going forward.

Who knows whether Mike Mayock will be the GM next year or not? As of right now, I think one of Incognito’s biggest advocates — Jon Gruden — is gone. Will the new head coach in Las Vegas keep. Tom Cable around?

I think wholesale changes are coming.
