Moves to win the 2022 NFL Offseason

3. Shore up the offensive line

The Denver Broncos, in almost every metric, have an average offensive line.  It works, but it could be better.  There is an offensive linemen shortage in the NFL, so teams who boast a strong line are few and far between.

Even with the addition of Aaron Rodgers, the Broncos would be wise to improve their offensive line.

Above-average quarterback play benefits everyone, perhaps the offensive line the most, so while the line would probably play better with Aaron Rodgers under center, they’d be wise to protect him as much as possible.

Pending free agent Ryan Jensen would be a perfect fit.  He’s a Colorado native and would give the Broncos a strong boost over current center Lloyd Cushenberry.

The team could also target pending free agent Mark Glowinski of the Colts.  He helps anchor the Colts’ strong offensive line and could replace Dalton Risner to give the Broncos a nasty interior.

There aren’t a ton of quality offensive linemen free agents this offseason, so teams are going to have to act quickly if they want a free agent or two, and with the Broncos adding Aaron Rodgers, they may as well go all in as much as possible.
