Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is always ready to talk trade. What players might he target from the Denver Broncos?

Could the Philadelphia Eagles and Denver Broncos come together on a trade in the 2022 offseason?

We all know that Eagles GM Howie Roseman loves to wheel and deal, but it’s also apparent after his first year on the job that Broncos GM George Paton also likes to make trades.

As a matter of fact, these two teams came together on a deadline deal in 2021, a deal that sent rookie cornerback Kary Vincent Jr. to the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2022 sixth-round pick. What kind of moves could we see made between these two teams in 2022?

Denver Broncos players the Philadelphia Eagles could target in a trade

1. Jerry Jeudy, WR

The Philadelphia Eagles, like the Denver Broncos, used a first-round pick on the wide receiver position in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Eagles took Jalen Reagor while the Broncos took Jerry Jeudy. To this point, Reagor has been an exceptional disappointment, and Jeudy has had flashes of brilliance for the Broncos mixed in between frustrating drops and incompetent usage by former offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur.

Could a reunion with his former Alabama teammates Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith make some sense for Jeudy?

Maybe.

The Eagles have three first-round picks in the 2022 NFL Draft. If the Denver Broncos don’t land a star quarterback — or even if they do and it doesn’t cost them Jeudy — perhaps they would entertain the idea of trading Jeudy for one of those three first-round picks.

The Eagles would get a player with three more years of team control plus the eventual option of franchise tags and someone who could immediately help take pressure off of DeVonta Smith.
