Possible NFL Draft bust no. 4: Jalen Reagor, WR, Philadelphia Eagles

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 4. 54. WR. Eagles. Jalen Reagor. player

  • 2020 NFL Draft
  • 1st-round (21st overall)
  • 28 games
  • 64 receptions
  • 695 receiving yards
  • 3 touchdowns
  • 1 punt return touchdown

If Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman isn’t already, he should be shopping Jalen Reagor’s name to other teams so he can at least get something in return for the former first-round pick out of TCU.

Through two seasons, Reagor has failed to establish himself as the same type of dynamic big-play threat we once saw with the Horned Frogs, capable of scoring from anywhere on the field no matter how he was getting the ball.

The Eagles have taken measures to shore up the position and move forward without Reagor in the plans, so for now, he’s just a depth piece for them.

They drafted DeVonta Smith in 2021 and he was outstanding as a rookie.

They traded for AJ Brown in 2022.

They signed free agent receiver Zach Pascal for depth.

Philadelphia could keep Reagor in case of an injury to another player, but he will need a big season in 2022 to avoid getting labeled an NFL Draft bust.
