After being shut out by the Patriots in their last game, the Lions get another goose egg thanks to the Dallas Cowboys in these NFL Week 7 bold predictions

It’s hard to believe we’re already in NFL Week 7. This week started out with a bang as the Arizona Cardinals put on a show against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football.

During that broadcast, the San Francisco 49ers made a deal for Christian McCaffrey as the NFC West has continued to be an unpredictable division.

Speaking of predictions, we look ahead to the rest of the games on the schedule for this coming week and make five bold predictions — including the Dallas Cowboys shutting out the Detroit Lions as they look to erase their frustrations from a loss to the Eagles.

5. Jets hold the Broncos without a touchdown

One of the more surprising teams this season has been the New York Jets. They’re fresh off a huge win over the Green Bay Packers, which improved them to 4-2 on the year.

Sitting in second place in the AFC East, they now head to the Mile High City to take on the Denver Broncos, who have also been a surprise team in 2022. However, they’ve been a surprise for how poorly they’ve played compared to the expectations that were placed on them when they added Russell Wilson.

Through the first six weeks, Wilson and the Broncos’ offense has been frustratingly bad. This week, they’ll be facing a young and confident Jets defense, so things could continue to get worse. In this first bold prediction, that’s what happens as New York keeps the Broncos out of the end zone while improving to 5-2 with another big road win.
