1. Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars

After an outstanding rookie season with the New York Giants back in 2018, Evan Engram had really struggled to rediscover a high level of productivity and consistency. Injuries limited him for a couple of seasons with the Giants before he finally played every game in 2020, then 15 games in 2021.

He parlayed that string of consistent availability into a nice one-year deal from the Jaguars last offseason playing in Doug Pederson’s offense, and he wound up having a massive year for the Jags, catching 73 passes for 766 yards, both the most of his NFL career. He had four touchdowns as well and looks to be a key piece of Pederson’s offense going forward.

He’s a candidate for the franchise tag but the Jaguars want him around long-term.

2. Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys

Although he may not be spectacular in terms of his physical traits, Dalton Schultz has probably been one of the more consistent tight ends in the league for the last handful of years for the Dallas Cowboys. He has 17 touchdowns in the last three seasons combined.

Schultz is just a solid all-around tight end who could be a strong candidate to reunite with Kellen Moore in Los Angeles as a member of the Chargers.
