The Las Vegas Raiders finished the 2022 NFL season with a record of 6-11. Missing the playoffs and finishing below .500 is not the dream ending Raiders fans anticipated. The Raiders were supposed to be a top team in the AFC after generational wide receiver Davante Adams was added to the roster in free agency last year. While Adams was an amazing addition to the Raiders there are more playmakers that will have to be added to the team in 2023. You may notice a trend as all but three players on this list have either played in or won a Super Bowl. A game that the Raiders are far from appearing in. Let’s take a look at 10 dream targets for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2023 NFL free agency that could help them make it to “The Game”.

10. Tremaine Edmunds, LB, Buffalo Bills

Let’s start with the defense. In fact, eight of the 10 dream targets for the Raiders are defensive players. Why? The defense was not great in 2022. Tremaine Edmunds was part of a very efficient defense that was a critical piece of the Bills’ postseason success. The Raiders’ run defense was not terrible (we’ll get to the passing deficiencies later) but there is always room for improvement.

Tremaine Edmunds had one missed tackle in 2022. That’s right. Edmunds logged 95 tackles on the season and only missed one. Edmunds is an athletic backer that is effective against the run. Edmunds joining run-stopper Denzel Perryman would instantly boost the Raiders’ linebacker corps.

While on the subject of the Buffalo Bills let’s take a look at another Buffalo player that could greatly assist the Raiders.
