You would think that going through a season without intercepting an opposing quarterback would almost be impossible in today’s pass-happy game. Apparently, that is not the case because in 2025, under first-time NFL head coach Aaron Glenn, the last-place New York Jets actually finished with more wins (3) than picks (0).
The team set a new league record by not coming up with an interception (the previous mark was 2 by the 2018 San Francisco 49ers). In a reunion vs. former head coach Robert Saleh, the Jets harass second-year Titans’ quarterback Cam Ward’s into three interceptions and escape Nashville with a victory.

The starting quarterback for Todd Bowles’s team just received a new three-year, $165 million contract extension as he begins his fourth season with the franchise. The eight-year pro has started every game for the team since 2023, and that includes three postseason contests.
He comes off a so-so year in which he threw for 3,693 yards, 26 scores and 11 interceptions, numbers that were a far cry from the previous season when he passed for 4,500 yards and 41 TDs (16 interceptions). The Bengals’ 31st-ranked defense from a year ago appears improved, but seeing is believing and Mayfield will outlast Burrow in barnburner.
Chargers’ RB Omarion Hampton outrushes entire Cardinals’ offense
While Jim Harbaugh has led the Los Angeles Chargers to back-to-back 11-6 finishes and consecutive playoff appearances, the postseasons have been a flop for this club under his command. A year ago, general manager Joe Hortiz used a first-round pick on Hampton, but he missed eight games and ran for just 545 yards and four touchdowns.
The Cardinals used the third overall pick in April on Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, but he could be on a limited workload for this tilt, so free-agent pickup Tyler Allgeier may get the call as the primary runner. Regardless, Hampton will run for 100-plus yards, and the Cards will be held under a c-note.
