New York Jets (vs. Miami Dolphins)

And now we have the New York Jets in our 'guaranteed to win' exericse...???

Yes, we do. The one thing that has stuck out this year is just how bad some of the worst teams in the league are. The Miami Dolphins are one of just two winless teams in the NFL, sharing that unfortunate reality with the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Dolphins, though, were supposed to be bad this year, as this is an entirely new operation from the top down. Miami brought in a new front office, coaching staff, and parted with a ton of former key players in the offseason.

Miami is embracing what a full-scale rebuild looks like, and while there isn't a guarantee that the rebuid works, they aren't cutting corners.

While the Jets aren't a good team at all, they're clearly a year or two ahead of where the Dolphins are right now. The Jets, across the board, have better players, so this should simply end up being an 'normal' game where the better team wins.

The Dolphins just don't have the 'dogs' to jump out in front of a team or keep a lead. It's not a stretch to think that Miami actually flirts with going 0-17 this year. Fortunately, the Jets will win this one.

Denver Broncos (@ Arizona Cardinals)

The Denver Broncos should be in the same boat as the Jets - a better team playing a worse team. While the Cardinals did just upset the Rams, the Rams clearly have some major problems going on, and divisional games are always a bit wacky.

And while the Broncos have not done much of anything right on offense this year, they've also played an incredibly tough schedule and also haven't necessarily played a 'bad' defense up until Week 7. The Cardinals are clearly far from a disaster this year, but they do sport a bad defense and an offense that doesn't really threaten you consistently.

The Broncos are more talented across the board and are 4-2 after this brutal six-game stretch for a reason. If not for a broken ankle suffered by Bo Nix, we're very likely talking about the Broncos having just come off a Super Bowl appearance.

The Cardinals rank just 31st in scoring defense and have already allowed 16 passing touchdowns. This should be the game where the Denver offense gets going, as Arizona simply doesn't have enough good players on that side of the ball.

And with Denver's defense heating up in recent weeks, exposing a weaker offensive line and below-average quarterback should not be much of an issue.
