Week 4 of the 2026 NFL Season is now in the books, and it's time for our latest NFL Power Rankings. Across the board, things have been a bit wacky this year, but at the same time, things have gone about as expected.
This is what makes the NFL so confusing, but awesome. There are a ton of shocking things that have happened, but at the end of the day, the NFL hierarchy looks as most of us expected it to look. After the first month of the season, we'll have to take a deeper dive into into the league hierarchy here.
Let's dive into our latest power rankings. We're basing our rankings based on a team's total body of work thus far, as four games is beginning to be a large enough sample size.
NFL Power Rankings: Cleveland shocking the world, while the LA Chargers hit rock-bottom
32. Tennessee Titans (0-4)
What is there left to say with the Tennessee Titans? The Titans are now 0-4 on the season and lost to Baltimore in Week 4. Cam Ward went 20/31 for 222 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He’s largely not looked good across the first four starts of a crucial second year, and it might be time to start that clock…
With that said, the Titans don’t have quite enough roster talent overall, so you could argue that Ward should get a third year and does need the benefit of the doubt, especially considering that it’s also not certain if this team got the right coaching staff.
Just about nothing is working for the Titans. They are last in our updated power rankings.
31. Miami Dolphins (0-4)
Can the Miami Dolphins get a moral victory for losing by just 5 points in Minnesota? The Dolphins don’t come in last in our power rankings, as they didn’t really get embarrassed or anything, and that has to be good for something.
But as we have seen, this team is flat-out abysmal, and it’s going to remain that way throughout the entire season. Malik Willis finished with just 85 passing yards on 9/17 passing.
