2. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1)

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a fun team, and I am not sure why this team couldn't win it all this year. In one of sloppier games you'll see from a team that won, the Jaguars gave the Philadelphia Eagles every chance to win this game, but thanks to the Eagles being a poorly-coached team, Jacksonville was able to kick a game-winning field goal.

The Jaguars are a fun team. QB Trevor Lawrence is playing his tail off, and this team is clearly in good hands with head coach Liam Coen. Winning the AFC South for a second year in a row feels very likely, as their main competitor, Houston, is already three games behind.

At this point, we probably need to stop questioning the juggernaut-y-ness of this team and just lump them in with the very best in this league. I don't see why they aren't one of the two best teams in the AFC right now. They're awesome on both sides of the ball.

1. Kansas City Chiefs (4-0)

The Kansas City Chiefs are the lone unbeaten team in the AFC right now and top our power rankings as Week 6 approaches. The Chiefs are getting some borderline MVP-caliber returns from running back Kenneth Walker III thus far, and Patrick Mahomes looks like his old self.

There aren't huge threats at the WR position, which is a concern, and the defense doesn't have as much talent as you'd like, but the Chiefs have earned the benefit of the doubt and are 4-0 for a reason.

I do believe this team will eventually have to lessen Walker's touches on offense, as he's never been a high-volume player like this, but for now, it's working.

The Chiefs were on the bye in Week 5, and head coach Andy Reid is notoriously awesome after the bye, so a 5-0 start feels likely.
