Five weeks of the 2026 NFL season are nearly in the books, and we have a lot to unpack from yet another loaded week of action.

We had our first couple of teams on a bye this season with the Chiefs and Panthers both getting the week off, but even with just 30 of the 32 teams in action, there was plenty of drama, starting with a pretty shocking upset by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.

Let's not waste any more time. It's time to jump into our latest NFL Power Rankings, taking a look at some of the biggest risers and fallers around the league after an exciting Week 5.

NFL Power Rankings, Week 6: Biggest risers and fallers after Week 5

32. Tennessee Titans

Last week: 32nd

If the Titans keep this up, they’re going to be able to pair up Carnell Tate with Jeremiah Smith.

The question is, who would be under center for those two?

If you need any idea of just how little respect the Titans’ offense (and Cam Ward) demand right now from the opposition, you can read some tea leaves with the whole Marvin Harrison Jr. situation to find out.

Neither the Cardinals nor the Texans (allegedly) wanted anyone to know where Harrison was getting traded after Week 5, and you can assume that the Texans simply wanted to officially win their game against the Titans before finalizing the deal.

And they were able to beat the Titans rather easily.

This is a team that could have collectively taken the next step if Cam Ward had been able to individually take the next step, but that’s clearly not happening. The more time goes along, the more you begin to wonder if the Titans will still view him as the future beyond this season. He needs to pick it up.

31. Miami Dolphins

Last week: 31st

There was one point during the Dolpins’ Week 5 loss where quarterback Malik Willis had more interceptions (2) than completions (1), though that doesn’t exactly paint an accurate picture of how this game played out.

The Dolphins, while 0-5 so far this season, have made things interesting in a few of their games this year. And isn’t that really what this fan base wants more than anything else? The Dolphins are a rebuilding/reloading team. They are in the discovery phase, and trying to find out which players can be part of the future for this team.

They are still getting a great evaluation on the roster right now despite the results, though head coach Jeff Hafley isn’t going to win many awards for that. These are important games, and the Dolphins haven’t been laughable like many expected them to be.

With that in mind, if the results are going to start to come for this team, then they are going to have to cut down on the turnovers. They turned it over 3 times against the Bengals, and losing that battle turned out to be the real back-breaker.
