The Broncos and the Packers are two teams that draw high viewership consistently for the NFL.
These are two teams that prioritize and believe in player development, coaching, and culture. The Broncos have overcome one of the worst dead cap hits in NFL history (Russell Wilson) to become a legitimate contender in the AFC.
They were the #1 seed in the conference last year before an injury to Bo Nix in the Divisional Round victory over the Bills.
Similarly, the Packers were on track to compete for the NFC title last season before an injury to Micah Parsons (ironically against the Broncos) derailed their season.
This would be a rematch of Super Bowl XXXII between John Elway and Brett Favre, and these two teams have layers of intrigue on both sides of the ball, including the Broncos having a coach (Sean Payton) and QB (Bo Nix) fans seem to love to hate-watch.
2. Kansas City Chiefs vs. Seattle Seahawks
If you put the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, the masses are going to tune in.
Love them or hate them, the Chiefs have been must-see TV for a long time now. And the chance to have Patrick Mahomes making a return to the Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks trying to defend their crown?

Having the Chiefs not only make it back to the playoffs but return to the Super Bowl would draw a ton of eyes, especially if this could be the last game played by Travis Kelce. This would be a dream for the NFL.
1. Buffalo Bills vs. Los Angeles Rams
This one is pretty straightforward. The Rams have more star power than any team in the NFL right now, and the Buffalo Bills have arguably the league's biggest star.

This is a matchup that has everything. There's so much potential drama involved here and so many cool storylines. Both of these teams have clutch quarterbacks, big-time playmakers on defense, and you could legitimately have more MVP, OPOY, and DPOY candidates on one field at the same time than any other possible matchup.
If the NFL had to "script" the ideal Super Bowl LXI matchup, it would probably be between these two teams.
